"My rough times with other exchanges..."
I've had some tough times with different exchanges. Even with KYC accounts all set up, they still got suspended. Now, I’m using Solidi. It covers all my needs and is super user-friendly with quick transactions. Plus, it's fully registered with the FCA, which gives me some peace of mind. Definitely an easy 5-star rating.

"Solid UK Crypto Trading Platform"
I suggest giving Solidi a go for trading Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple. The transactions happen right away, but if you're selling, expect a wait of 8 hours or longer for your GBP to show up in your bank. Moving your digital coins to and from other wallets is pretty straightforward, and the fees are fair.

"Withdrawal has been in process for a day"
I've been using Solidi for a long time and it's generally been great. However, I requested a crypto withdrawal yesterday for £5.22, which was supposed to arrive in 8 hours. Now, it's been over 30 hours and I still haven't received it.
UPDATE: THE SOLIDI TEAM FIXED THE ISSUE, SO I’m giving 5 stars because the staff are super helpful and nice.

In the tough landscape of digital currencies and the awful support from numerous exchanges, Solidi shines like a bright light in the gloom. I've been with them for about 10 months now. Their service is smooth and the prices are solid. Jamie has been super helpful as well. Thanks a bunch and keep doing the awesome work. P.S. My Dad's even jumped into the Bitcoin scene - though he still calls it Bit Oils!

Super simple to navigate this site for purchasing Bitcoin. After giving a few other platforms a shot, I reckon Solidi feels way more reliable, probably 'cause it's FCA approved, based in the UK, and a startup from Cambridge Uni. I'm just starting to explore the world of cryptocurrency and was keen to avoid any scams. Every transaction I've done so far between my bank and Solidi, and then buying, has been fast and dependable.
